• Contact details: name, mobile number and email address.
• Health and lifestyle details: age, gender, height, weight, fitness goal, food preference, and whether you smoke or drink.
• Payment details: payments are handled by PhonePe. We only receive the order ID, payment ID and payment status. We never receive or store card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, recorded in standard server logs.

2. How we use your data

• To calculate your BMI and calorie needs and generate your personalised plan.
• To process your payment and deliver your plan.
• To resolve payment or delivery issues.
• With your consent, to send you offers by email or phone. You can opt out at any time.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

3. Consent

We process your data based on the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website: PhonePe (payment processing) and Hostinger (website hosting). We may also disclose data if required by law or a government authority.

5. Third-party services

Our pages load fonts, icons and tools from Google Fonts, jsDelivr, Cloudflare and PhonePe, which may receive your IP address when you visit. We may also use advertising and analytics tools, such as Meta Pixel, to measure the performance of our ads. These tools may use cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your data is stored on secured servers with restricted access, and we follow reasonable security practices. We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, payment records for tax purposes). After that, it is deleted.

Our services are only for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
