1. About us

MakeIndiaFit (makeindiafit.online) is an online fitness and nutrition service based in New Delhi, India ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our service

We provide personalised digital diet and home workout plans, generated from the details you submit (such as age, height, weight, goal, food preference and lifestyle habits). Plans are delivered digitally on screen, with download and print options, immediately after successful payment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan. You are responsible for making sure the details you provide are accurate. Your plan is based on these details, so incorrect information may produce an unsuitable plan.

4. Not medical advice

Our plans are for general wellness and fitness information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional.

• Consult your doctor before starting if you have diabetes, high or low blood pressure, thyroid issues, heart, kidney or liver conditions, an eating disorder, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take regular medication.
• Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, breathlessness or unusual discomfort.
• Check ingredients for any food allergies or intolerances you may have.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by PhonePe. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices and offers may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Because plans are digital and delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled after payment. Refunds are available only in the cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our plans, including text, meal plans, workouts, designs and graphics, belongs to MakeIndiaFit. Your plan is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, share publicly, or distribute it without our written permission.

8. Results

Results depend on many factors, including your body, consistency, sleep, stress and health conditions. We do not guarantee any specific weight loss, weight gain or other result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeIndiaFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or plans. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
